Small Rooms and Some Issues

The room was really small. There wasn't even space for a suitcase stand. I had to balance it awkwardly between the window and the bed. The staff also seemed unprofessional. I had to ask them about the amenities at check-in. I asked for a refund for an extra night I mistakenly booked, but they refused, despite giving my room away without my permission. It's frustrating I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
